Metrics

A metric is some performance characteristic of a Campaign that is measured on a periodic basis.

Key Performance Indicator

A Key Performance Indicator or KPI is a specific Metric that has been configured as an Indicator of Success for a Campaign.

Estimated Metrics

In some cases Outbound will attempt to estimate a potential value for a metric. These estimates are based on a best guess using available data at the time but real world performance can vary greatly. Estimated metrics should be used to get a general idea of what may be possible but should not be considered a forecast or guarantee of results.

Data Freshness

Outbound periodically syncs data from the Ad Channels connected to it. The frequency of this refresh is limited by what the Ad Channel supports. For information on data-freshness for each channel see the channels documentation.
