Outbound works to ensure that touch based browsers on mobile devices work with as many of the Outbound features as possible. Please not that some experiences may work best with a keyboard and mouse.
Browsers that are supported on one of the supported operating systems may or may not work on another operating system.
For example Chrome or Firefox will run on Ubuntu or some other Linux distribution and Edge does run on MacOS. However, while the browser vendor may list support Outbound only tests and verifies functionality of core features against the browser and operating system combinations listed above.
Issues reported with unsupported browser / operating system combinations will be considered on a case by case basis but we can not guarantee their support. If you experience an issue with an unsupported browser / operating system combination we would ask you first attempt to resolve the issue by using a supported browser / operating combination before contacting support.
