A workspace is the home for all of your organization’s marketing efforts. We recommend an organization only have a single workspace. If you are an Agency using Outbound.com we recommend a Workspace per client.
Navigate to Settings > Workspace by clicking on the Workspace Name in the upper left of your screen and select Workspace Settings.
You can create multiple Outbound workspaces using a single user account (The email you use to login. You can than switch between workspaces without needing to log back out of Outbound. We recommend this approach if you are using Outbound to manage multiple organizations marketing efforts.
If you have multiple distinct businesses this can be an effective approach to simplify your marketing but if you need complete separation between the workspaces (Using different emails for each) Than we recommend using your work email and creating multiple accounts with a single workspace each.
